IMO if a watch is polished really well you won't be able to tell. I always look at the lugs. Lighting is not great but the lug lines look pretty crisp. Top of the lugs look like they may have been polished. But I can't be certain.

Definetely polished...
Lugs are uneven and rounded. Crown edges are dull.
