As posted in another thread, my 6 mos old 116613LB was purloined from my house this past week right after Christmas. David was able to provide a new, unworn 116613LN with open warranty card, boxes and, all papers. Talk about service, the watch was scanned by FedEX Orlando,FL at 17:30 hrs ESTon the 27th. Bright and early on the 28th at 08:30 CST here in Skunk Hollow, TX the FedEX driver rang the doorbell. I won't bore y'all with pictures. We all know what a black/gold ceramic looks like anyway. Been dealing with David for years. This coming spring late, once the weather along the gulf coast gets stabilized and before the hurricane season kicks in I plan on dropping in for coffee. I've been wanting to see the bricks and mortar store now that it's up and running. Key West is also on the itinerary.

TY. Sadly not. It came out of pocket. Homeowners covers jewelry, collectables, etx up to a max of $2,5.00 ea occurrence. A separate rider is required. Wish I'd known that. It only costs $300 per yr for $50k of coverage. And yes, I'm now getting it !

Congrats on watch replacement from a fellow Texan. I almost bought that way haha. I Bought the blue face one he had instead. I had got rid of mine a few months back and missed it. I hope your other watch pops up some day.

David is awesome. I just got my shipping label emailed to me this morning from a purchase last night. He understands the importance of taking care of his customers and providing the same service every transaction. I have asked him numerous questions and he always responds quickly. the best thing he did for me ? I ordered a 2 tone dj41 black face new but no stickers. When my watch arrived it had full stickers I asked him what happened he said the one he was going to send he found a scratch and he could present it as new. So he sent me a full stickered one that was more on his site for no charge. Who does that ? The watch I just bought last night was my 4th in a year with him. Every watch is shipped the same way overnight and always sent day after you order unless it’s a weekend. He does Grady business. Him and timepiecegentleman are the only to grays I use!!
