AD Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has bought a Rolex from Hamilton Jewelers at there location in the Palm Beach Gardens Mall location. Considering doing business with them to Buy a new Rolex in the future. Want to know your experience.

Thank you.

The staff is friendly enough. They basically laugh if you bring up even getting on a list for an SS model and will tell you how they have never even seen any come through the store in months. They ave a handful of DJ and a few PM options. There really is not any other place to go in the area.

Hamilton's has a great company and staff.

Robin is very nice person to work with. When she is working with you she gives you her full attention; you will never feel like she is trying to hurry you along.

They had some steel watches in the cabinets (YM2, Airking, Exp 1) but they are all sold as of 1/31.

Another Rolex AD to consider is Tourneau on Worth Ave (the beach is beautiful...was there yesterday). Leon is a great person to work with.

If you are interested in Grand Seiko or Omega then you want to go to Mayor's in the GM.

Good luck!

What about 36mm DDs? Thats what I am after. Thought since they are a bigger AD, they would have a bigger selection of them.

I have been dealing with Hamiltons at the Gardens Mall for over 20 years. Great store and very friendly staff.

I recently bought a few Rolex watches from them the past couple of months. One TT DJ and 2 Stainless Sport models.

Darlene is my SA, but they are all good. Highly recommended.

Last time I was there, I did not see any 36 DDs, but they did have a 40 DD.

I wonder if they would order a 36 DD considering most people want SS watches these days and the PM pieces are not as popular. Just saw the other day a thread on a AD in Las Vegas how a DD in WG I believe was sitting in the case for a few years.

Go a little south to JR Dunn last time I was there they had several 36mm DJs.

Ask for Kayla, she’s terrific to work with. No BS and will treat you like a vip.

Tourneau on worth ave is good , ask for Eliien, tell her an Asian guy, who bought full gold root beer on thanksgiving, send you ( you may get stainless steel )

^Interesting. I have heard mixed reviews about Tourneau. I am sure they would love to hear an inquiring customer like myself for a 36mm YG DD these days. Might have to stop by.

+1 to Tourneau in Palm Beach - they're the only other option for Rolex in the area. The Mayors in the Gardens mall lost Rolex about a year ago. A friend of mine went into the new Hamiltons Rolex display and they had no SS to offer. He was "put on the list". YMMV.

Correct. Beautiful showroom they added on, but as I mentioned, no in-demand pieces to be had. What else is new? Lol

Great Rolex dealers Hamilton, Mayors, Dunn etc. if you are looking for any Rolex watch
But...if you specifically want a desirable steel sport model..?
...they do not have it...simple really...
