Inside of my BLNR squeaking....
This morning when I put my watch on I noticed there is a slight squeaking sound coming from inside the watch when I move my wrist around. It has never been that way before. The watch stays on a winder when not in use. The watch seems to be keeping fairly accurate time.
Any idea what it could be, or if this is something to be concerned about? Thanks in advance for the help. |

The rotor sometimes makes a squeeking noise when the lubricant is gone, the first stage of a wrecked rotor axle.

Watch winders are notorious for adding unnecessary wear and tear, and can be detrimental to the rotor 'assembly' due to being constant-angle devices. Sounds to me like your timepiece needs service / lube / ???
