Replacement Daytona Oysterflex white gold showed up in just over a month

I just got notified that my new watch is in from my AD. It is model 116519LN. I am picking it up tomorrow. They were surprised it was replaced this fast.

My AD told me after their watch guy scratched my original watch, that they were going to order the new one from the factory with the band that we had sized. So it will come sized basically. Someone told me they were pulling my leg.

Well it came that way and I will get it tomorrow midday! My original post from a bit over 1 month ago is below! Nice thing is they are still honoring my original deal with a trade etc.

Daytona oysterflex white gold, dealer scratched
My AD finally got a white gold Daytona oysterflex in with a silver face. Beautiful watch. I bought the watch and had them adjust the band. It was too small on my wrist, even when using the biggest opening on the clasp.

So the watch repair guy said he had new straps and would put a longer one on. Well he did and scratched the lug deep. Than didn't tell anyone. I was looking at the watch and every time I would start to look he would start talking more.

Finally got rid of him and I told my sales gal he put a scratch in it. She's like I will have him fix it. He takes the polisher to it and really screwed it up. He rounded off the square edges and over polished it.

They gave me all my money back and I sadly didn't get the watch. They told me they are hard to get but they are gonna try though Rolex. I wonder how Rolex gets the job done without messing stuff up

Thank you! I will post some photos tomorrow! I was told the same thing that they didn't know how long it might be when I declined the first watch. I was thinking it was going to be a year or two and basically gave up.

I hope you find what you are looking for. In person, it is a very cool looking watch!

Congrats. Glad they did the right thing! They ordered your replacement just in the nick of time, given that the Rolex plants shut down on the 17th.
