Datejust SS 41mm with yellow gold diamond ring

The time of the question is this can stainless steel watches pair well with a yellow gold diamond ring as a wedding gift I'm getting a stainless steel 126 300 blue smooth bezel oyster bracelet.

When I ordered the watch and spoke to my watch maker / Jeweler I asked him if I should dip my diamond ring in rhodium. He suggested that I leave it as yellow gold seeing the large men's rings tend to look better in yellow gold and changing it back to Yellow from on a rhodium plating can be a bit of a pain.

My question to all of you is have a look at the pictures and tell me what your thoughts are and what I should do should I just keep it yellow gold I mean I'm planning on getting a planning on getting a white gold and diamond wedding band to match the watch on my left hand. I mean I can get any combination for the band. Yellow gold white gold Pink gold or a combination I'd love to know what your suggestion is.

Can you change the watch order to a two-tone Datejust?

If not, leave the ring alone.

I would never dip yellow gold in rhodium.

It would need additional plating every year or so.

Rhodium plating is usually used as a last resort over sterling silver rings to prevent common allergic reactions (green finger) to the nickel content in sterling silver.

I didn't really want to go to tone on the watch I mean if I ever want to replace the ring I can always do that worst case scenario I can recycle the diamonds.

Typically when you buy a white gold ring would the ring be a solid white gold throughout like a Rolex watch for example I figured they always a rhodium-plated them?
