How to clean Watch ?

Does anybody know how to clean hair and dust stuck between bezel and glass ?
Does anybody else have this problem with their Sub? Is it normal that hair/dirt get stuck in those places specially on a brand new watch ?

Just use your own common sense soap and water and perhaps a soft brush, rinse after in running clean water, dry with any clean lint free cotton type cloth.

Ceramic sub? You can throw it in some boiling water if needed (not kidding).

Ok thanks for all the advice. But is this dirt / hair common on new watch ? Is it easy for hair/dirt to get stuck between bezel and glass ?

WristClean by Veraet works great. I also recommend their nylon premium super soft watch brush. It works great and no scratches/swirls. They usually send out discount promotions.

how did you deal with this issue before, on your other watches? Dude...just a watch...hand soap, a soft toothbrush and running water...move the bezel around and pull the hair off....wipe dry with a towel....real simple...its a tough Rolex....just don't drop it on the floor...some of the things i read on here make me laugh....sorry.!!!!

I was pretty happy with the way Veraet WristClean worked on my Yacht Master bezel. They also provide a very soft bristled brush and drying cloth. It did a great job.

you're overthinking this OP. The bezel rotates and has spaces in between, things will get stuck in it regardless. Just soap and water.

Warm water, neutral soap, extra soft toothbrush and business done.

Ah... wash it periodically. There are very dirty people who have filthy watches

Once a week, I use a small dab of dawn liquid and a toothbrush. Rinse with hot water and dry with lint free cloth.

Throw it in a boiling water, don't let it stay too long or just put it under running water

Seriously. Another one of these guys looking at their watch with a magnifying glass.
I have a recommendation. Just stop wearing your watch. Put it in a safe. Then sell it to me in a few years and I will enjoy it.

Humm? I haven't tried that.

Do you dry it off with underwear from your dirty clothes hamper too?

Sometimes i pass it to my cat if he’s in the mood to groom my watch... but usually I use an old toothbrush with some dishwashing liquid
