Jubilee Bracelet

Hi all, just after some quick advice

How can I verify if a Jubilee bracelet is genuine? I’ve held it and have pics, but don’t know what to look for to tell it’s real. I’ve done a search on here and can’t find anything. It has been offered to me as a gift, however it won’t suit my current watches.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
J

First thing to ask yourself is does the giver typically hand out $1000.00 gifts.

The answer would be yes. But watches are not his area of expertise. I’m not looking to sell on, i want to pass it on but want to be able to say it’s 100% genuine.

Many members here can spot obvious issues with clear, close photos.

Didn’t realise how bad an iPhone is at taking close up photos until taking these!

If it’s a two tone, look at the center gold links, the corner should be thicker than the rest of the link. There’s pictures showing the difference out there. As a matter of fact, check a Rolliworks’ Instagram page, they have it in there!!

If you do not plan on selling it, then it probably doesn't matter much as you can just tell who ever you give it to that you are not sure of its authenticity.

Valid point which I did consider before posting, it’s just nicer to be able to tell a friend it’s genuine!

Maybe take it to an AD or high end watch dealer.
