Hi,
There is a blue one 1970s on EBay right now it has already 13 bids so you could monitor this auction and then you have an idea what people are willing to pay... very nice watch by the way :) EBay the seller is fraser-time 1970s Tudor Prince Oysterdate Submariner Date Blue Snowflake Ref. 94110 https://www.ebay.ca/usr/fraser-time?...p2047675.l2559 Good luck |

OP, are You sure it’s a real Tudor? I have reasons to believe it’s not from 1973 and was never made is Switzerland.

You should obtain a professional appraisal and/or view actual sale (not asking) prices at auctions.

Well, don’t take my word for it, I’m just a guy on the net. The endlinks are not real, the case doesn’t look good. The hands don’t look great. The crown looks incorrect. Let’s see what others say.

I put the strap on as it come on a leather band, as for hands etc I know they have been changed and so has dial at some point as last owner told me this, case all matches up numbers date it as 1973 and so does model number, it’s just had some work done.ps what crown? Winding crown? I’ve seen several the same as mine so not worried about that.

Case is far too sharp for a 73, looks like it was machined last week. Crown guards are off, hands are off, movement isn’t a Tudor movement. Can’t really see the insert or dial from the pictures.

I’ve seen several with similar crowns? Movement is marked up as 2776 which is correct for this year watch Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Agree on the crown. I'd be interested in hearing what @antrolexsub is seeing in the movement, although I understand that people are sometimes concerned about publicizing their tells.

Both your movement and the above image have the wrong balance shock system. Should be KIF on a Tudor built 2776.

Crown doesn’t look any different to other watch I posted above, same with crown guards 2 watches up? Mine are the same as this Tudor snowflake on chrono 24 now so I’m confused? Perhaps it’s just been very well looked after.

Crown is completely fake. Look at the inside of the crown where it meets the case.

I personally just think lots has been done to this watch over nearly 47 years I mean movement is genuine, perhaps balance has been changed, I just don’t know it’s not a run of the mill fake though that I do know as had two different jewellers look at it who confirmed genuine, I understand it’s had a lot of newer parts fitted dial and hands I knew about, but it looks like it’s had crown and balance as well,I’ve seen lots with the same crown guards, and lots with different worn crown guards, don’t know what way to go with it now so back in the case for now I think.

Can you post an image of the case back, inside and out and the engraving between the lugs?

Watchnut - I've handled dozens of these and own several currently. Complete fake and it is not even close. Sorry to land in agreement with most other people here but the watch is counterfeit.
The crease on the underside of the crown guards is entirely in the wrong place. Movement engravings look wrong. Endlinks are wrong. No crimp on back of crown.

take some clear close up photos.
Harry collects alot of Tudors and knows his stuff. Similarly, Linesider, who hasn't opined yet also knows the snowflakes well. If both these guys are giving you red flags, I would take extreme caution. IMO, the case and the minimum is not genuine. impossible to confirm dial or hands given the pictures so far but my suspicion is a aftermarket dial (whatever you want to call them), hands and that bezel also looks suspicious. |

To the op, when I flip through your older posts, most of them involve you posting photos of questionable watches. Yacht master at the bottom of purses etc. I’m happy to help people who may have been ripped off but I think I am done with this thread
How about tell the group who sold you this Tudor? It’s a complete fake. Sone of the links above are to other Tudors that are not genuine. Stick to Hqmilton for pics of real Tudor subs. |

OP, some of the most knowledgeable Tudor experts have chimed in on this thread and you question their knowledge. The watch is a fake and hopefully you can get your money back.

Moved to Watchout.
OP, I just removed your Datejust listing as it comes with a fake Rolex box. You're on pretty shaky ground right now.

I took the watch part exchange a few years back don’t even know the guy I took it of but he had a Daytona TT from me zenith movement, I allowed £4,000 for this watch so I’m gutted, I had it opened and checked by 2 jewellers who said it was genuine, although some parts had been changed, as for the Rolex datejust I had for sale on here it’s 100% genuine box is aftermarket as I described in the listing, that’s how it came to me, I think this watch is more of a Franken than a fake, as fakes don’t come with genuine eta movements and they are not this good quality this watch has certainly been messed about with of well, you live and learn, hard lesson learnt here.

But I described the box as generic? Watch is 100% all Rolex not a problem as no bites on here anyway, I’ve had several offers on the watch from other sales sites so I’m not really that bothered, but I don’t want my name being dragged down because of 1 mistake.
