SD43 and GMT shortage

I checked all my local ADs and none of them carries these watches or other Rolex watches. Where have you bought one of these? Does it make sense to buy a used one or just have myself on the waiting list? Thanks.

On the bright side, Daytona’s must be plentiful in Danville CA.

The AD in Walnut Creek had a TT SD43 displayed a few weeks ago...not too far away from your location.

No such thing as a grey AD.

If you’re looking for an SD43, they don’t sell at a huge premium on the gray market

Try the nearest one and see if they’ll sell you one. They always have them in the safe; whether they’ll sell you one is a different matter.

What inventory shortage at AD’s? There’s at least ten 28mm ladies TT DJs at my AD.

I was fortunate to have a new sales person at the same AD secure me 36MM SS DJ black dial with sticks at one of their 70 stores nationwide. It was the last SS DJ they had of anything in the US. Fortunately it was the one I wanted.

there is a 36 DJ SS blue dial / fluted / jubilee at the tourneau Bryant Park location in NYC. Just went in today to get another Dj for the wife. First come first serve, ask for Klause.

Can the OP stretch a bit more? TT Rootbeer GMT is easier to come by and honesty a great watch.
