WTB: Sea Dweller or GMT II Black

I am tied between these watches, and the prices are so close to one another. Maybe finding one used will help me make up my mind. Anyone?

I've already mentioned in another post that BOTH are excellent watches. The SD is much thicker and will sit up high on your wrist. The GMT-II, on the other hand, is much sleeker, more practical for daily use and travel. Your call....go to your AD and try them BOTH on your wrist.

One of them will grab out at you and say: "Take me home!!'

I went to the AD and narrowed it down to these two. I could not figure out the big deal about the Twincept or the Yachtmaster models....

What on earth is "Twincept"....and what's wrong with the YM models?

You see anything wrong with this beauty?

Hiya pal,

Your very first post and a compliment to me. Thanks. Welcome to TRF!!

Well, any good digital camera should produce fine results. The prices are pretty much down now so you could pick a NIKON Coolpix, say 5 megapixels, for less than 400 bucks.

Just use the "macro" setting, the correct lighting (most important), a very steady hand (or even a tripod)....and you should be in business!!

Good luck - JJ
