There is NO replica available even the best of the best reps that will ever replicate the weight of gold.

Aesthetically maybe but once you hold a rep gold watch its an instant tell.

Replicas that are not actually Gold I agree with you…but in Italy they make 18k gold cases and bracelets with actual Rolex movements from the less expensive models of the target all gold Rolex watch …now there is not possible for an instant tell…!

It’s heavy but don’t forget it’s 18k, so the weird feeling of “this is way more heavy that it should be” doesn’t really occur much. Only platinum model did this to me.

Can you pop this on a scale for us?

I’m going to guess 100g more than the steel version! By the way that is a killer watch.

It weighs about a ton of smiles!

Sorry, OP, don't have a scale handy, but the 250g mentioned above seem about right.

If you're going by weight on the scale, vs "feel" then weigh the head and bracelet separately. Wouldn't be that hard to figure out a way to add weight to a fake so that the scale would read the same as the real thing. But if you separate watch and bracelet, the discrepancy will be instantly obvious.

But I would imagine that on WG/RG, the color will be off, since it won't be the exact same alloy.
