What’s your favourite PM Rolex?

Whether you do own it, used to own it, or aspire to own it?

I know some here aren’t fans of them, I own steel and PM watches and the PM definitely feel a step above to wear.

Yellow gold it’s my preference for the full PM experience.

So it’s a surprise that’s this one is my choice.

I think it’s the most beautiful Rolex made to date

Pictures mandatory!

Sky Dweller or possible YM2 in both yellow or Rose gold. Both I got to see in the wild and they floored me from a distance away. IMO, I need a outstanding complicated movement in the PM candy shell to justify it on my wrist and it has to,be larger than 40mm.

This is why I have trouble justifying Rolex PM models. I have a platinum Lange at just a hair over 40mm (40.5mm) and, in addition to the finely engrave balance cock that comes standard on probably all Langes, the movement has a microrotor. The movement and display caseback end up being the candy with the platinum being incidental. At Rolex PM prices, it’s hard not to look at Patek, VC, AP, ALS, independents, etc.

This is my new PM, as of today no desire to swap it off my wrist for any of my gold watches.

I think your choice is absolutely stunning. I’d be hard pressed to pick a PM Rolex I like more than that one. Some maybe just as much, but more? That’s tough.

I do really like the yellow gold blue dial Sub Date. White gold meteorite GMT is super cool. Some other Day Date models are also pretty awesome!
