Rolex Toronto Service Center

Just a note to share that I recently sent my model 15200 to the Toronto service center for overhaul, and I am very pleased with the service they provided and the work they did.

When I dropped it off, they advised that it could take 6 to 8 weeks, but the work was done in 10 days and they offered to send the watch back to me FedEx prepaid.

The watch looks great - they did a very nice job on the exterior, and tightened up all the links in the 20 year old bracelet. It now keeps excellent time.

So, based on my experience, I can recommend the Toronto service center to other Rolex owners.

I dropped mine off at the AD today and it will get sent there. Good to know they do a good job. I was told it will take 1-3 months, so I'm happy to read that it only takes 10 days for you. I have a SD43 and is running slow, so it should be simple for them. I only have one watch so hopefully it will be quicker

I dropped off my Explorer off to the Toronto RSC directly for an Engraving last week. Outstanding and very accommodating! Turn around time was 8 days.

Great to hear OP. I’ve been going there for years, and have had nothing but great service.

They’ll often do bracelet adjustments while you wait if they’re not busy.

It’s funny who I’ve run into in the lobby / waiting area

Toronto RSC is the only one in Canada. I had my watches sending to them from west coast as well.

It used to cost $100 for my AD to send it to them but now Rolex doesn't charge that anymore.

Nice to hear of a good experience for a change. Usually we hear of the bad ones.

I sent three watches there for service.

Pretty good work, except once, when my Sub came back with traces of cleaning products on the inside of the cristal. Had to send it back, I was a bit disappointed.

Was this recent? How long did you have to wait?

Wow, 10-day turnaround vs. 6-8 weeks sounds great. That must have been a nice surprise!

5 years ago, and I had to wait at least a week. They put it on Rush Order since it was just back from service and completely unacceptable, but still..

That’s the first one I sent for service, the others went better.

absolutely nothing else but good words. Used them for a sub, a TT Daytona and on all occasions impeccable service.

Great experience for me at the Toronto RSC. Brought my Explorer for a full overhaul and in barely three weeks the watch was back on my wrist looking and performing like brand new!

Another happy customer here. I dropped off my Sub on May 16, I was told 3-4 weeks, but I received an email yesterday saying it's ready, so I picked it up today, May 29. Very happy with the whole experience.

P.S. The coffee is pretty good too!

You can also drop off at Raffi in Cambridge, Ontario as they are now a RSC.

Toronto RSC did a great service on my sub. I had a broken mainspring and it was replaced as part of regular service.
