Well would expect now there are millions of Daytona watches in this world today especially the ones with the inhouse cal 4130 its been in production now 20 plus years.

^ this. Although hard to acquire, it is far from being a rare watch. If you live in NYC you'll see them everywhere.

And hopefully all weathered the flooding outside Flushing Meadows venue.

A gold Daytona in the wild is still rare compared to the millions of DJs & DDs around. I don’t think people realize the PM ones are a small percentage of total Rolex production.

Which makes the premiums even crazier! I think a lot of people really don’t realize how MANY are actually out there. Which means demand is almost unfathomable.
