Bezel insert keeps falling out

I have a 2001 model 16610 and I have had to have the bezel insert replaced twice becuase it keeps falling out, anyone else have this problem

Aftermarket bezels (not inserts; bezels) have this problem. The diameter of the insert recess is too big so the fit is sloppy and loose. Are you sure the bezel is genuine?
