No marketing here, He bought it from an AD in Paris. The watch was auctioned in 2013 at Christie's Geneva 50 years anniversary of the Icon, and fetched 220k $.

JPB was a fantastic actor and one I remember fondly during my 3 years living in France during the early 90s. I recall his appearance on Coucou c'est nous with Christophe Dechavanne.

I remember his performance in "Breathless", especially. Richard Gere attempted the role, in an American remake, in the early '80s, but that effort was no match for the original.
