Patek 5750P

There is lots of talk about the Limited Edition Tiffany 5711 but it’s a bit ‘meh’ for me. The new Limited Edition 5750 on the other hand, magnificent!

No matter what Patek does, haters will say the bezel mechanism on the Sky Dweller is more innovative.

Jokes aside, the striking sounds loud and crisp. At 40mm and 11mm, this MR is very wearable. I like it but can't afford it. Suspect Tiffany will sell many many of these in the next few weeks..

Why not be bold and drop the hands altogether rather than rendering them pretty much useless via the spoke style dial design?

Innovation aside, this one looks strikingly ... unattractive in my eyes.

I hope they make a similar looking watch in the calatrava range. It’s stunning!

That's quick! But super low volume and it's Advanced Research.

I’m a fan. I’m glad it debuted when it did. Close out the year with something very Patek. I also really like the styling. It has a modernity to it while still preserving classical elegance that you expect from Patek.

the picture shared here doesn't do this watch justice. It's way better looking in 1080p, lol.

It’s hideous. If I can’t tell the time by looking at the watch, it’s a big fail. I don’t want to have to listen to the chime to know what time it is.

My AD told me CHF 590k but Russell posted they are all spoken for. Patek Advanced Research pieces are popular with collectors.

The video led me to believe it isn’t ready for release.

Stern said the volume level is where he wanted it, but the harmony is not. So work supposedly continues using the prototype?

On the sub-seconds dial without a hand, he also intimated his Dad would not have made the choice of a rotating disc with a small pyramid to display seconds.

Amazing and beautiful watch!,,,

I believe this is a solid counter to the chatter regarding the Tiffany 5711 and how it represents pateks shift in the marketplace to catering to fashion ideals and trends.

I really like both watches!

It’s not about want, it’s about the privilege of hearing those patek gongs emanating from your wrist … heads turn wondering from where that beautiful chime is coming from… you ever so casually turn your eyes to your wrist while your cheeks blush the slightest bit for causing such a stir in the midst of the reception.

It’s glorious, do you hear me glorious.

Just be sure to remove it before you wash your hands and remember to not leave it on the sink counter when you walk out of the public restroom.

Is 5270p really hard to get? I was offered one about three months ago but since I already have my eye and budget set on a Journe so I turned it down. I do like the salmon dial but not so much with the idea of a manual PP.
