Wolf and California Closets watch boxes.

I found a Wolf 5 watch box on Ebay a while back. I keep my watches in a shallow wall cabinet in a bedroom closet so while I wanted more room it had to be a single row. I finally accepted I couldn't get down to 5 and my wife has two that need a home so she can find them on the two days a year she wears a watch. I also didn’t want a glass top since it isn't a display and glass would just be one more thing to clean fingerprints from,, so my options were limited. The Wolf 305502 Blake fit the bill.

I decided to just go to Wolf and get another 305502...easy right. But it's no longer on the Wolf site and 3 different online businesses in a row took my order only to refund my money when the realized it was discontinued.

Oddly, a very similar California Closets(CC) box showed up in searches even though the Wolf name and number were not actually visible on the CC website. It looked identical with the exception of a CC logo on the inside...so I ordered.

It was not only identical, it had Wolf on the box, warranty cards and even the silica desiccant pack.

Just a heads up for anyone. After more searching it looks like many if not most of the CC boxes, accessories and even winders are actually Wolf products.

Thanks for sharing this! I've been looking for a new watch case as well (literally been stocking my watches in my sock drawer).

In case anyone is wondering. There is also a Timex and a Chinese Chrono around somewhere...and if it ever arrives a Dornbluth & Sohn small seconds I ordered 10 months ago.

I guess with the lady watches that's my 10. Should probably get another spare box just in case.

This is quartz and keeps very good time but today is the 12th and it says the 28th...so it's been here a while.
