How does this one look guys, I can't get a good enough look and theres no mention of any ref numbers at all.

This is a Genuine rolex 18k/SS band that came off a rolex submariner model # 16613.This band has minor scratches.

...the crown on the buckle appears too long and lop-sided. FAKE.

...aside from this, if you look closely at the ends, and the first few links, the band has EXCESSIVE wear and failure is imminent.
