If you want to stick with Rolex, a diver or Datejust.

Submariner should be the foundation of any Rolex collection.

From an AD, it's a no brainer. Grey...... maybe not.

I’d want a diver personally.

I went with PAM 683 as my sub alternative to mix up my collection w a non Rolex (and I wanted rubber strap watch). How about the gold/carbotech panarai diver to throw out something very unique (see the Rock intro for super bowl).

Very nice collection, perhaps a nautical themed watch like the yacht master or sub perhaps in PM would be in order.

I don't like Daytonas, so I personally would trade those two for a Sub 41, keep the difference, then call it a day.
