Single noticeable click while manual winding the watch.

I have noticed while manually winding my close to 5 years old SubC 114060 couple of times that at the certain point the watch makes single and noticeable click which somehow reminded me of the sound a watch makes when date wheel makes when setting the date.
To be honest I've noticed this sound only couple of times randomly.

So in order to educate myself, would that be the clutch which prevents the watch to be overwinded or is this something I need to get looked at?

Yes.

Keep winding it and it should keep clicking.

First there is no clutch all that happens is when main-spring is fully wound it just slips in the spring-barrel just like it would do on the wrist and slight click sound all normal.

It's most possibly the Mainspring slipping into the next detent inside the Barrel. If you keep winding, you will in fact hear it with great regularity and become very familiar with the sound and feeling through your fingers.
