Hey,

this might be a stupid question but I just want to be sure.

I just bought a new 124060 from a reseller and I noticed that the glidelock moves by itself even when it is locked. It is pretty hard to explain in words so I made a video showing what I mean. And I want to clarify that it does not move when the bracelet is "straight" and not bend so I haven't had any issues when wearing it. Maybe someone could test this on their own and say if you can move it while it is locked? Thanks :)

I have a 116610 with glidelock and mine doesn't move at all once it's locked in. Sounds like something isn't right on yours

I also have a 124060 and the glide lock should not move at all when locked.

Also have a 124060. Mine has maybe half a millimeter in wiggle when it’s locked

It's called Glide LOCK for a reason, return the watch

This will sound stupid...be sure all plastic has been removed. was having a little trouble on my 124060 clasp when I realized AD had missed a piece.

I own 126610LV. No movement when it's locked/closed. Make sure it's fully seated in 2mm spot.

Okay, I found the issue. One of the plastic runners had come off. Not sure how this is possible.

As others said, it shouldn’t move once locked. Post some pics of the issue.

That doesn't sound right. Once it is locked in, it doesn't move at all. It should snap in, which is quite loud.

Check to see if maybe the pin screw is higher than the holes

If not then it might need a service or a quick check with a watchmaker or AD
