New Tissot PRX Chronograph

Looks good. Price is decent. It’s a real panda dial. What’s not to like?

Available in June 2022.

Tissot have hit the ball out of the park with the PRX. Now they are going to release straps it will attract even more attention.
I know many criticise it for its similarities to another well known piece but I think it's unwarranted. Will definitely be adding a PRX to the collection

Eh .... I'd nitpick the "1853" and the "PRX" on the dial, which look cheap to my eye and are so unnecessary. I also can't stand that crooked date wheel. Otherwise looks handsome.

I like it. I won't be buying it, though, as the two Tissots I already own are chronographs.

Teddy Baldassare just uploaded an interview (on youtube) with the Tissot CEO on these. Projected price point is just under 2k, like 1800 or 1900 USD.

Personally I think this is a fantastic release and a very attractive model. I do wish it was a bit smaller and I would rather NOT have the date wheel. The white dial version looks awesome.

Tissot is killing it with their PRX line.

I often get asked from friends who are not into watches which first serious watch to buy. This is going to be my answer for the foreseeable future, very solid proposition by a good brand and with a more than decent movement.

I very much prefer the black-registers-on-white-dial variant as I think that the white background date in the blue dial is just out of place (but of course is justified by the price, which is less than 1500€).

Looks nice, but way too large for my taste. Hoping that the soon-to-be-released PRX 35mm will eventually come in an automatic version, too.

Price is €1495 which I find a little high considering the date only version is less than half the price.

That being said, I picked up one of the time and date models a few months ago, and for $650, it's a lot of bang for the buck.
A great under the radar beater, light weight and so far, very accurate.
Not to mention the 100m water resistance and 80hr power reserve.

Quickset date is via a button at 10 o'clock rather than the crown, but at least they included the button unlike some other brands that used the same movement.

Looks great, would look and appeal even better at 40mm though. But for those who can wear that size, It looks pretty darn good.

Looks good except for the date window. It just kills the balance of the dial.

Exact same problem with AP Royal Oak Chronos, but doesn't stop them from being hyped.

I really like the silver/white dial version but it's constantly out of stock on their website, seems to be the way of things these days.

Seems like Tissot just pushed out the date to June 20th for the blue dial version.
