Welcome back.
I'm sure some of the 7928 experts like Ross, Harry and Linesiders, and of course many others, will chime in with thoughts on validity - flat versus curved, lume etc, but just a couple of general observations. I know you are looking for a dial too. Up until 1963/64 the dials were gilt -gold-and so were handsets. Thereafter they switched to steel Old dials will come in all sorts of hues and states of degradation/patina and there is a high chance that if you buy the hands first that they won't match the dial you secure later on, esp if you find a well priced late gilt. These look particularly white btw at a first glance. I'd also get the views of a few other experts on especially on things like 7928 parts on the VRF on Tapatalk as there are some high expertise chaps who do not frequent here that often - the sites link below https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/vint...olex-forum-f1/

Hands look good.
Gilt hands (with Big Bubble Sweep) were standard on 7928 Pointed Crown Guards 1959 up to 1963. Some 1963 PCGs were silver printed dials and would have Stainless Steel hands like those and have the small bubble sweep. There are 3-4 different SSteel hand types I have seen on 64/65 Silver Print dials and this is one - so if you like the hands, go for it. If you don't let me know who has them and I'll buy 'em ; )
