Excellent condition with box and papers. To the best of my knowledge this watch has never been polished. Any marks are minor surface marks and very light. If this is a watch you are going to wear, I believe it is fine as it is. However, if you are giving it as a gift, I can give the watch to a Rolex trained watchmaker to have it given a light polish. The watchmaker is experienced and knows to remove or alter as little metal as possible. This watch on needs a light touch up.
