Sea Dweller bracelet questions
Hello!
I inherited a SD 16600. However the bracelet is pretty banged up. I don’t want the RSC to swap the old one. I asked an AD to purchase a new one and I’ll put the old one back in the case with the other original parts. I have two questions… 1). Will a 116600 bracelet fit the old 16600 because I like the design and glide lock of the newer model? 2) How long does a bracelet take for delivery to an AD usually? Thank you! |

The 116600 was only made for a couple of years but it did retain the lug width of the previous generation Sea Dwellers.
The Glidelock bracelet the 116600 came with was first generation for the SD and will likely fit your 16600, the clasp certainly would. The issue would be that your SD did not come with the solid link, glidelock clasp bracelet that comes on new generation ceramic models. Your AD may not sell you one, they would offer you the same earlier bracelet that your watch came with originally.
