Wonderful shots, clay. Many grail dials, not so common references. Amazing how the texture of the dials is revealed by the macro shot, especially the wood dials. The right lense and adequate lighting might be required for poster shots like these...

Below is the entirety of my vast and elaborate photo setup - A $10 clip-on macro lens (on an iPad), and a little $20 USB light. (With enough light, the shutter speeds are quick enough to get reasonable clarity even with a shaky handheld iPad.)

Very true about macro and texture - Before this pic, I’d never noticed that the smaller ridges on the tapestry dial are concentric.

Also, I see now that I included the (bark/diamond bezel) 18108 twice and omitted the onyx 18208, so it’s below.

These were taken with my Samsung. Not macro, but with some patience, I can get fairly close.

Note the 1807 serial 854,xxx . CB hands and a double dash swiss only dial.
