vintage Tudor Snowflake size

Goodmorning from Holland,

I am looking on some information on the Tudor Snowflake vintage Submariners. I am looking to buy one, but I am doubting it will be the good size on my wrist. 40mm is quite big for my thin wrists.
Did they make the snowflake ever in 36mm? or only 40mm?

Thanks in advance.

Dont think so.

The later Tudor submariners had "boys" size and "mini" size but not the earlier vintage pieces.

As above alwayshere ✓ spot on.

The mini-sub SNOWFLAKE version is really quite small at 33mm but if you have very slim wrist 14/15 cm could work. One below:

£2,995

Perhaps your best best is an early plexi tritium 75090 in 36mm (not snowflake, but nice piece), if you have slim wrists.
From £3500 upwards. Rgds

Thank you, very helpful advice.
I friend of mine told me this one is for sale. What do you guys think in terms of condition and originality?

This looks like a correct 79/80 Blue Snowflake, based on that one photo. Nothing stands out as wrong.

I would not overly worry about wrist size, some of the wrist sizes of Navy Special Forces Divers (most services) were small on the guys that could enter and exit a sub's torpedo tubes, and they worse these

Thats true, thanks!! I really like the design and look of the face.
Most of the 9411/0 I see online have aged much more, this lumen colour looks still quite fresh and white. That made me wondering. Thanks!

Thanks a lot, I really like it. What would be a good price to proceed in purchasing?

I see they start ar 7,5k on Chrono24, and this one looks in much better condition.
Would 8-10k range be fair as an offer on this one? That is as the rest of the watch is in good condition as well.

Or is this a question against etiquette at the forum?

I am not up to date on the values for this particular watch, you would need to look at actual sale prices to make a valuation. Chrono24 asking prices are not helpful, IMO, because they are often highly inflated.

They are expensive. In my opinion 15k.

Just the dials go for 5k.
