The GMT

Many threads about the Pepsi waiting list. Some people talk about what they would like to see in the next update, and that the 126710 is the last one to be updated. But wasn’t it actually the first to be updated? Thinking of the new movement. Wasn’t it released 5 years ago and isn’t it a bit early to talk about the 136710? I guess everyone is expecting 21 mm bracelet, but isn’t it possible for Rolex to stay 40 mm on this one?

Was at an AD yesterday trying put Sub and GMT, was hesitating which one to put my name down for… the rep mentioned that there are rumours the GMT may be discontinued / updates within 1,5 year or so… may not be any truth in rumours though…

Personally, I'd like it to stay with a 40mm case size / 20mm bracelet. The Submariner already has a different case thickness so I see no reason for the GMT to follow it.

The only update I want to see is a Jubilee TT bracelet for the Root Beer!

I'd love a GMT, but I find they wear a bit small on me which puts me off a bit, if they were a bit bigger, that would be great IMO.

Impossible to tell, but certainly following the submariner, a 70th-anniv model could be in the works for 2024…
