Jumbo 15202 daily rocker?!

Jumbo 15202 daily rocker?!

Okay okay was a bit exaggerated with daily rocker!

But what interests me is that you can take a Jumbo as an everyday watch!?

I don't mean the scratch sensitivity of the case, but the sensitivity of the movement 2121!?

I won't use it in an extreme sport or for swimming or diving, but Sqooter and normal cycling should already endure it!!

I would be very grateful for your experiences!

LG

Dominic

Ps.: I've had one for 5 days and today it has already stopped!

But I am completely relaxed because I could still return them and also have a one-year warranty!
It is BJ 2013 and was completely revised at AP in 2020! (With invoice)

I'd say do the standard advice of giving it a full wind, and then seeing how long it goes for. That way you can take your activity level (or lack thereof) out of the equation.

Have had two. Rock climbing, golf, skiing, running, other activities. Never a problem. Probably not as tough as some watches - but neither am I !!

15202 can take more abuse than its reputation. Before they skyrocketed in value many of their owners used them as a sports watch

Sorry to hear about yours, hopefully it’s an easy fix but likely it needs a full service.

Same movement in friends 3700 nautilus.
Worn as a daily for 2 generations. Go for it.

I pulled the crown once and it ran again and since then it has been running stable!

I have decided to keep them because I love them infinitely! The wearing comfort is incredible and the color of the dial is terrific! I will wear it every day now because it is a clock and not a painting on the wall! I also have a few Rolexes for the rough things in my life! 😁

Can't speak for 15202 but 16202 has been an easy daily wearer. Much easier than 41mm RO if that helps. Besides the diameter and thickness differences, the bracelet is also notably different. All are good choices and lovely pieces.

I have the 16202 and agree. Wears very thin and light on your wrist.

41mm RO isn't great as a daily - it's relatively large and not super comfortable for long wear. I often take my 15510ST off during the day. Plan to get a 16202 at some point in the future with hopes to wear it more often.

For you, maybe.
I wear my 15510 daily; I sleep in it and have absolutely no issues wearing mine daily.
If someone enjoys wearing theirs then there is no reason they can’t daily it. If it’s not comfortable for short periods then I agree, wearing it daily won’t be fun.
