It is indeed! I picked up the 39mm Explorer 1 late last year and it’s one of my most worn daily watches.

All Rolex watches can be worn everyday that's what they are for telling the time on the wrist.My own personal favourite is my 16600 SD but had a few vintage 1016 great watches.

The Explorer is a perfect minimalist everyday watch, but for an octogenarian that's been retired for twenty years, my ideal everyday timepiece has to have a date window with a cyclops magnifier.
