I've received my pulper bel canto last week, it chime but the sound very soft I can't even hear it while wearing it on my wrist . (only put it near my ear then I can hear it)

Something is not right on my watch.
So, just wanted to find out from other bel canto owner how far can you hear it from your watch?

1 foot or 4 fts away?

Please help!

The ones I've heard are all very quiet. You need to be in a pretty silent room to hear it.

I can hear mine when it’s on my wrist but only if the room is fairly quiet. Perhaps from 4-5 feet away. This surprised me a little as I’d seen reviews where people were commenting on how loud it was. It seems to me there is some variability in volume…which is a shame…but I can’t say for sure as the only one I’ve actually heard in person is my own.

I can hear mine from a good distance away, but the room has to be fairly silent. It sounds perfect to me. Not too loud and not too soft.

I've arranged my watch to be send back, mine got no sound at all and can't hear anything!
