Authenticity sanity check 74' 1505
Hey y'all, I wanted to asked just for a quick sanity check on this 74' 1505 that I'm looking at. Buying online and it was recently serviced. The only reason I'm second guessing myself is they are saying that the bracelet is original but I'm struggling to find others that have a champagne dial/gold bezel and an oyster bracelet. A lot of them have a matching two tone band. Can anyone give me a little sanity check one way or the other? Thanks!

One thing is that "the bracelet is original"versus original to the watch. You obviously have a two tone head and an all Steel bracelet. Anyone would assume that a TT bracelet belongs. Some folks prefer that combination on TT heads and SS bracelets. But not for all. Looks nice and GL. |

That's a fair point! It could be an authentic bracelet, but maybe not the exact one that came with the watch. This addition to my collection will hold more sentimental value than anything so I'm not too worried about resale down the road. Just want. to make sure everything looks right before making an offer. Thanks for the input!

That is a very nice watch and if you are not familiar, the dial is referred as a "Sigma" dial. |

Suspect not original bracelet but dealers would swap out to keep customers happy in late 60s / early 70s, so I'd really not fuss about it. Nice watch. Little snippet btw the bicolour oyster version on these (like the early bicolour 39mm 1675 (3) GMT had silver not bicolour endlinks).
