Oyster Centregraph

Hi. I have a working Oyster Centregraph watch that was passed on when my father in law passed away 20 years ago. I was looking for some info as to age and value on it. I haven't had the back cover off as I wasn't sure how to do it but there are 2 numbers on the back cover. (160900 & 3478)It also has the 12-23 hours in red on the face and it has a winder. My father in law was in the Canadian army in 1943-45 and I wondered if that was here he acquired it. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks, Gord

Welcome to the forum Gord.

I’d post some pictures and information in the vintage forum. The folks there are pretty knowledgeable and may be able to assist.

The numbers on the back cover (160900 & 3478) are likely reference and serial numbers, which can help determine the watch's age and authenticity. The red 12-23 hours on the face indicate a 24-hour dial. To get more accurate information about the watch's age and value, it might be best to consult with a reputable watch appraiser or a vintage watch expert.

You'll note some also had the Zerograph name too.
