I assume you filed a police report? Have you reported in stolen to Rolex? I hope somehow you recover your watch. |

Two persons grabbed my wrist and professionally removed the watch in 1 second and then ran off. Very public area in the middle of the day as well. I think they must have followed me for some time.
Police report filed and also sent the police report via my AD to Rolex to flag the serial. |

No cctv of the incident or witnesses ?

It seems like insurance works out for some of the cost for replacement but it’s a long process. Have to send in the box, papers and receipt to the insurance company. Luckily I bought this new at the AD so I have everything they would ever ask for.
