Legit Check Day Date

I have a watch I am interesting in buying and was offered this image, which is attached below. I'd love to know if, on the surface, it looks legit before I start asking for more pics and show big interest in it.

Hard to tell from that pic. Couldn't say either way frankly. What's the asking price? that will tell you a lot. If it's a REAL Platinum with diamonds, that's over $ 100K.

Does Rolex do a different size baguette diamond size dial. I thought the baguettes were the same size.
