Nautilus / Aquanaut in jacuzzi, steam room and cold plunge pool?

Does anyone take their Nautilus / Aquanaut into the spa, into high or low temperature water like the jacuzzi, steam room and cold plunge pool? I know they are good to 120 meters of depth (excluding diving) and sea water but not sure about temperature.

I’m no expert, but things I’ve learnt from these forums. Don’t activate a chronograph underwater and don’t bring an automatic watch (even a diver) into a steam room or sauna.

That 120m WR may fail at higher temperatures.

I have always washed my bracelet watches in warm to hot water with dish soap. I did that with my new 5811 and had some light fog on the crystal. It went away in a minute or two, but has me concerned.

I will probably send it to HSWA, but I doubt a brand new watch from PP is going to fail a pressure test. Caveat emptor.

Why not? I would agree that for most watches it wouldn’t be wise, but a diver should be able to handle it, no?

Agreed with chronograph underwater

But I bring my automatic watches into the sauna all the time. Why not?

I take my Daytona to the steam room about 3 times a week.

Crystal shouldn't be fogging up after submerging in water. The back must not be air tight.

Yep. It’s going in for service.
