DJ 41 SS Jubilee/Fluted Color

For the sake of assumption, we are talking about a 41 DJ SS Jubilee/Fluted.

We are also assuming you have a black dial SS Sport model (Sub/GMT/Expl etc.)

What color dial are you going with?

1. Slate
2. Blue
3. Mint Green
4. Silver
5. White

And yes...that is my personal ranking above lol

I daily a datejust wimbledon 41. Jubilee and fluted. It's the best datejust and one of the few, if not, the only DJ that has a nickname. Most DJs are just basic colors IMO.

Just did this acquisition (albeit the DJ 41 SS is on an oyster) with my 19 year no date black sub two line. Blue stick dial was my only firm requirement - wearing it now and loving it.

The blue is unreal!

Can’t go wrong IMO though. Don’t sleep on the DJ….

Currently waiting for this combo in mint green......solely because I'm on a quest to not repeat a dial color. I have a blue OP and a slate YM, white expII, and black GMT. Your ranking is basically my ranking. Slate is my favorite, but the blue is simply mesmerizing.

So, if your first "color" dial, it's gotta be slate or blue. And having seen the fluted/jubilee in blue next to the slate, I give the edge to blue.

My first was a blue DJII. My current is a slate DJ41. So I'm very partial to those two colors.

I would say whatever color differs from the rest of the collection is the way to go. They all look good.

I like white with slate as a second. I am bias however towards the white dial.

I will say that if those are your rankings of them, it’s your watch. Go with that.

I have the slate. I chose it because I like grey and it’s a versatile color.

My default answer is always get the blue one. There are a few exceptions to my rule, this is not one of those. Get the blue.

i was very hesitant between 36 and 41, chose the former in blue an am extremely happy with my choice. Had it been possible to get the slate (not the Wimbledon) I might well have gone for that one.Iit’s a pity it is not available in 36.
Happy choosing!

I’m currently waiting for a DJ 41 fluted/ jubilee in White

My order would be
1White
2 Slate
3Blue
4Green
5 Sliver
5 Wimbledon can’t get past the baton at 9. Kills the watch for me personally

DJ 41 SS Jubilee/Fluted Color

I bought the silver because I already had a blue dial watch, but objectively, I think I’d rate the blue higher. I love the silver dial but sometimes I wonder if I made a rational decision. Perhaps you should always buy the one you like most even if it means having two watches with the same dial color.
