From a pure apples to apples "retail" value it's not a great trade (roughly 42k for SkyDweller versus 15K & 10K for Panda/Sub) BUT (and I'm sure you already know and have factored this in) the panda is hot and sells at a premium, so if you take the grey market values it starts to look a little better.

Is it safe to assume you'd like and wear the panda and sub more than the gold SD?

Are you asking if you should trade a Panda and Sub C Date for a yellow gold Skydweller? If so, NO! The Panda is a more desirable watch, and you’d probably miss your Sub. Think about the actual watches, not the material. “Fuhgeddaboudit!”

If you mean trading for a yg sky dweller by giving up a panda and sub then I’d say that’s not a great deal but maybe you need to expand on what exactly you’re trading and are they full sets?

I’d rather have Daytona and sub in this scenario

Why wouldn’t you just sell the Sky and see what you get for it, then spend that on other watches to that value .. Panda would certainly be a good starting point, but very different sized watch to what you have …
