S.T.0.L.E.N ALERT: Rolex Sky Dweller rose gold with rhodium dial

S.T.0.L.E.N ALERT: Rolex Sky Dweller rose gold with rhodium dial stolen in the Vegas area. Offering $5000 for information that will retrieve the watch! Please, let’s not start a whole conversation about how it happened—it already sucks. I’ve already filed a police report. I would appreciate any information on where else I can add the serial number to a stolen database. Thanks
If you have or heard and info, please comment here and I’ll get in touch. 🙏

serial : 875C46T4

Sucks to hear and I hope you are eventually reunited with your watch sooner rather than later. Insured or no? And hopefully LVMPD enters it into NCIC and it makes it into Leads in case anyone tries to pawn it. Best of luck!

So sorry to hear OP. I hope you get your watch back and the ppl responsible get what’s handed to them…

However, I think it is important to share how it happened. This would help ppl in this community be aware of the potential dangers and what to lookout for… just a thought.

On Monday, contact NYC RSC
+1 (833) 765-3900
Tell the Operator that you need to report a stolen Rolex. You will be transferred to a person who will explain the process to get your s/n into the global theft list.

Good luck OP. I hope it pops up hot at a pawn shop quickly for you.

Sorry to hear OP. You are new and have brought nothing to the forum but ask us for help. Perhaps sharing the story would illicit that help so you provide a contribution for others and in turn they'd be interested in reciprocating.

Very sorry to hear about the theft. At least you already filed a police report and soon you’ll be able to contact RSC so they can put your serial number on that database.

Best of luck and God willing it turns up.

So sorry to hear this. Chin up! Post the serial number here, not just the pic of it on your card. That way it will come up in a search. Maybe it will find its way back to you.

It sucks that it happened, but as others said, it’s very important to share how it happened. The details matter, and can lead to further help.
Really hope you get it back one day.

I find that one of the top benefits of this forum is to help others. Plain and simple. There are posts, “should I bring my Rolex on a vacation to X location”? What should my next watch be given my collection. These kinds of post “help” people.
OP, you come to this forum and ask for our help but give us nothing in return. We learn from people mistakes. It would be helpful to find out what happened in Vegas so some us don’t repeat that mistake. Sorry for your loss.

The reason why I respect OP's decision to not share the story is because it will undoubtedly lead to criticisms of some sort towards OP.

You already see this here by assuming OP made a mistake and by sharing, we can learn not to repeat that mistake.

Victim blaming is not fun for anyone.

People in my city are being robbed at gunpoint while eating indoors at nice establishments. Is that a mistake? If so, then leaving your house period while wearing a nice watch is a mistake. Assumptions make donkeys out of everyone.

5 people badgering the man is a little ridiculous....

He/She has supplied details of the stolen watch and asked for assistance if possible. Would a staged reconstruction help you to better comprehend the OP? Anything else you need?

At the end of the day OP has every right to disclose what he wants about the situation.

Truly, I hope you get your watch back and hope you weren’t harmed physically during this ordeal.

Harry he has a fair point and one I made as well. We don't need every detail but I'd think a quick story would be nice to help someone else avoid that situation in the future.

What made my knee jerk involuntarily was someone rebuking a poster who is not in a good place and asking for support. Kicking someone when they are down. Not cool, not clever.

Yes, I learn from this forum. Some great ideas and technical information. Last year family members went on vacation to Italy. One of them sports a SS Daytona, I told him to leave it home. This was not from my personal experience but from others this forum who have either been the victim of theft or who have left good thoughts. He balked at first but I relayed some stories from this forum, he decided to leave it home and bring his Apple watch. The story ends well.

Harry, I think this is all moot now, OP has disappeared.
