Experience repairing Patek cylinder watch winder
Would love to know everyone’s experience getting their Patek watch winder repaired through AD. How long did it take, approximate cost and did you get an additional warranty after service?

Mine was replaced by my AD after being sent to NY. It was a couple of months. It was within the first 6 months of purchase of my 5740.

Mine stopped working within 3 months and it took 3 months for them to fix it… in the end they gave me a new one. For a £950 winder that was not a good experience but I love the design.

How do you put a watch on it. I never felt comfortable using it, thinking it would scratch my watch.

It won’t scratch your watch, just follow instructions.
