Took one of my still in warranty pieces to them recently because it was running slow. They had their in-house watchmaker take a look, but I guess they needed to send it to the Dallas RSC for further examination. It took about 5 weeks, but the watch came back running as it should. They didn’t provide any info on what they did to it and it was free of charge. My experience with Gearys has always been 50/50. Servicing wasn’t an issue though. The timeframe of completion has increased since the RSC closed. So, expect to wait depending on the issue. If there is a line at the Rolex/Patek only storefront just go around the corner to the main Gearys boutique. It is typically empty and they can offer the same services. Thats where I’ve been going for service needs. Unless…. You feel like striking up a convo with an SA at the other store. Supposedly they get more inventory across the alley. They might also have a watchmaker on staff in Santa Monica? Can’t remember for sure. Hope this helps.

My AD is also a Rolex only Boutique and they too have a service watchmaker on duty but….AFAIK any warranty issues are still sent to Dallas. The onsite guy will do only minor adjustments to in-warranty pieces and can provide service to older pieces.
