Warranty Card Question

I’m a bit confused regarding the old style warranty cards and was hoping someone here would know a bit more than myself. Prior to 2020 when Rolex switched over to the new cards, were there multiple styles of the old card? Both of my watches were originally purchased in the US but they have different style warranty cards, ones from 2018 ones from 2013. The 2018 is white and green on the front and has lines for serial and model but then also says 97200 Black below. The 2013’s card is mostly green and has individual lines for style, serial, bracelet and dial. Struggling to get pictures to make this easier but the main question is we’re their multiple card types used in the US prior to the new 2020 cards?

The warranty card has been evolving ever since they introduced them, and they also vary by market.

Folks do forget, the paperwork needs to be verified just as the watch is; papers should never be the basis for authentication alone.

On my cell so having issues formatting photos lol. Here’s links to bobs and Davidsw showing the cards im referencing. Both cards are from US ADs when originally purchased. On mine the 2013 is Colorado and the 2018 is Texas. Both watches are bought pre owned from an AD myself, not cpo though. Just found it odd that theirs different looking US cards and couldn’t find any info on this online.

2013 looks like the card in this one

Well both cards are out of date so now just bits of plastic the most important bit is the watch. As with today's technology these types of cards are far easier to fake than the watches. And Rolex USA being a totally different company from the rest of the world warranty cards could differ year by year.

Not really concerned about authenticity here, I trust the AD I bought it from. This is more out of curiosity and wanting to understand the change in cards.

Does anyone here have a 2016-2019 watch purchased from a US AD and does it look like the 2018 card I referenced? Im wondering if the change in cards has to do with Rolex going from a 2 year warranty to 5 year warranty
