Welcome to TRF!

Do you mean the warranty certificate? If so, Rolex does not re-issue them. Next best thing are the service papers issued by the RSC.

Hope this helps.

When I bought my EX1 last year, I didn't receive the warranty card for 30 days, due to the return policy of the jeweler (A.D.). The card would arrive after this time filled out with the purchaser's name.

They stated that Rolex would charge 50USD for a replacement warranty card.

WELCOME to TRF!!!

As for the Passport? I don't know what they are. Maybe because I'd never a Presidential all Platinum.

Don't worry a Rolex can travel on your passport, as long as it is on your wrist.
