Rolex Oyster Pall Mall Observatory help

Hi, Can anyone help me with some info on a Pall Mall. My boss who knows I like vintage Rolys left a Pall Mall on his desk for me to look at. Its in pretty bad shape, the plating is worn in places, the winder is shot, it ain't going, the glass needs replacing the dial has some damage too. I know it was produced for the Canadian market and it dates to 1940/41. When I googled Rolex Pall Mall there wasn't very much info on it and there were not many for sale to do a comparison. Any help would be greatfully received.
