I've always liked Rolex watches, specifically the Professional series. I think no watch is more rugged and more robust and yet possess such history and lineage than the Rolex sports watches.

A few comparative shots

16700, 16710 and 116700

Sorry for the NEWBE question, But I noted that all the watches show differant times, therefore I guess they are stopped. Is there any reason you aren't using a auto-winder ?

No reason really, the 3 in the middle I keep in the vault and the others I use in rotation.

Nice collection. Looks like there's an empty spot in the right upper corner. What's going to fill it?

Not sure yet and I've gone too many times thinking about what to fill that space. Any suggestions?

Absolutely awesome collection. Maybe a Yacht-Master to fill that empty space.

What a stunning collection. Man that is just beautiful.

Nothing wrong with that "thorn" by the way. I have one that "sticks" me as well.

Yes I've been eyeing a YM for quite sometime already but it doesn't smile at me as much as the others. Will have to check it out again.

Wow! Fantastic set! All you need is a vintage Explorer 1 Rev. 1016 to fill out that blank spot!

The Milgauss is a winner! It's a bit heavier than the Explorer II and the GMT II but it wears well. The green sapphire crystal is really distinctive.
