Tudor Black Bay - nicknames?

After the new Tudor Black Bay Black release, everyone keeps referring to it as triple B or BBB. In fact even Blue can also be a BBB but since Black is the coveted one, I think its fair to call it the BBB. So, with that.. I was thinking something for easy reference.

Tudor Black Bay Red = Tudor BBR
Tudor Black Bay Blue = Tudor BBU
Tudor Black Bay Black = Tudor BBB

Tudor BBR BBU BBB

Made me think of these lyrics:

White face, black shirt
White socks, black shoes
Black hair, white strat
Bled white, died black

Yep. Nicknames, when forced, just don't work.

Yeah every of the 3 watches is actually ' Tudor Black Bay' - am just referring to the bezel color during posting to make it shorter.

These nicknames aren't like Hulk or Batman.. this is for easy reference abbreviation in using for posting not using it as verbal( like Hulk is even mentioned in video reviews). Like for the new explorer people still write 214270 and Tudors we don't use the model numbers often. Just saying the kind of writing Hulk, 214270, Tudor BBB or BBU or BBR.

Yes, I've already said it in the original post. Triple B = BBB can actually refer to Black Bay Blue or Black Bay Black as well, hence BBU for Blue.

Nicknames? Oh boy. Not again.

On the other hand - if we MUST. Why not call the Tudor Black bay Black for SuperBay - inspired by this guy also wearing a red triangle:

(This guy is not wearing any white inside the red triangel, though. Hi wears it yellow - as the BBB lume pip should have been).

I think the demand will all be the same after the hype slows down. Again a masterful job of marketing by Rolex/Tudor. Timing this release with the Phillips Only Watch auction and the release of a few watches with an in house movement.

Following that logic, "Bay" will do.
