Current RSC Wait Times
I hope everyone has had a wonderful start to their New Year!
I am just curious if any TRF members have had their watch sent to RSC lately and what kind of timeframe they received their watch back in. Unfortunately the date wheel on my BLNR became out of alignment and my watch was sent to RSC in mid-Decemeber for "warranty movement check". I'm wondering what timeframe I'm looking at to get it back! I miss my watch!! |

Current RSC Wait Times
There's another thread here that's asking the same thing - answers range from 3-weeks to months. If I find it, I'll post a link to it.
Edit: found it - https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=972519 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I dropped off two GMT’s on the 6th and picked up on the 24th. Less than 3 weeks!

I can speak to RWSC Dallas and their turnaround has been fantastic. About two months ago, I send my 126622 Yacht-master for a regulation under warranty and had it back two weeks after they received it. I sent my 116718 GMT-2 and it arrived at their offices 16 days ago. I had a clean, oil and adjust, no polish, and got it back today. Very happy with their service,

I'm the one who asked in the other thread. I'm at a touch over 9 weeks right now with no communication. THOUGH, that includes both Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years times, so perhaps a touch longer. 11/26 was my submit date.

I called and left a message with my receipt number for my AD and they texted me back within the hour with an update. So i assume they can check the status. |

I asked last time I was there and was told they didn't have a way to get info. And I emailed earlier this week, but haven't heard back yet. Though he might not work mid-week. If I don't hear back in a few days I'll call or stop by.

Update: Yep, got the call that my watch was ready to pick up today, so I can confirm a three week turn around at RSC Toronto.

It would be fair to say that each RSC has a different time line depending on how busy they are.
This timeline can change on a weekly basis. Most businesses are in the same boat. There is no answer to the question? Only a snapshot on the day Doc. Give the local one a call.

It seems like service times can vary quite a bit. Since yours is a warranty movement check, hopefully, it'll be on the quicker side! But, being mid-December when you sent it, there might be some holiday delays in the mix. Fingers crossed, you get it back soon!
