This is a difficult question to answer. It's probably not worth spending $150 if you are pretty sure that at least the prongs are not original. However, it might be worth if you intend to return the watch. This is theoretically possible with Chrono24 if the appeal period and the escrow service is not expired yet.

However, if you're requesting a major repair, they can remove the dial and replace it with the original.
